Everything was very arranged and clean, woth nice behaviour of the staffs. Guest experience was very nice. We were allowed to use the grand cafeteria for our group lunch. Will deifinitely suggest this location for your great visit.

We stayed in their cottage C-3 during Aug 3-5. Pretty Good room . Clean and a nice garden outside. This is close to Dal lake ....few minutes walk away. Staff was limited and this inhibited their efficiency but they made up wih very friendly and courteous service. Would strongly refer this hotel for stay ...Value for money.

This was a good place to stay in Srinagar. The staffs and the front desk manager are superbly friendly and will help us at any time. This is the best thing about this place, the people there are very helpful & friendly. Basic room, basic hotel. It is cheap to stay here and you just have to name what you need, they will arrange it for you. Do not go with high expectation but one can surely have a comfortable sleep in this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in Feb18. This hotel is in bylanes near dal lake approx1 km inside deserted road. Hotel do not have kitchen facility however they mention that they do have kitchen. They always order food from outside and which take approx 45 min. I recommend you to choose other hotels opp dal lake instead of this hotel.
